Risk Management is a very broad concept and can be interpreted in many different ways. Most companies do, in some fashion, manage their risks, though it may not be through formal processes. At Stinnett & Associates, we believe that every enterprise, whether public or private, benefits from an entity-wide focus on risk management. Risk management encompasses far more than that - it should examine how and why business decisions are made.
