Welcome to your career.
Agile, a thirst for knowledge, innovative, motivated, a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, team player and client-focused. Does that sound like you? Then come grow with us!
Our firm has the unique distinction of being a small business offering benefits usually found at larger companies. While we’re headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, our reach spans three states and six cities – and we approach all we do with a one-firm focus.
Grab a front row seat on day one when you become a part of the Stinnett family with customized onboarding and a week-long boot camp, and rally around a culture that’s dedicated to learning. Did we mention we offer a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education to maintain or acquire professional certifications like CPA, CISA, CIA, CFE, CISSP, CCSA, CBCP and CIDA? If community involvement is your thing, we have plenty of volunteer opportunities like the American Heart Association Heart Walk or spreading joy to at-risk kids during the holidays.
Being a part of Stinnett also means a healthy work-life balance and lots of recognition. We provide a flexible work schedule, professional growth, mentoring opportunities, 401(k), flexible spending accounts and medical, dental and life insurance. To top it off, our culture committee plans cool teambuilding events throughout the year like chili cook-offs, sporting events and movie nights—you get the idea, we love to have fun. And don’t forget paid holidays and competitive personal time off!
Still think all consulting firms are the same? Don’t take our word for it, listen to what our team members say about how we walk the talk when it comes to a purpose-driven culture.
